How do I book an appointment?
All services at Localluv are by appointment only. You can book online at www.localluvsalon.com, call or text us at 302-299-7833, or fill out our quick guest form if you’re unsure who to book with. Our team is happy to help you get matched with the right stylist!

What services do you offer?
We specialize in lived-in color, precision haircuts, blonding, extensions, and customized treatments. You can view our full service menu on our website.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We do not accept walk-ins at this time. All services are by appointment only so we can give each guest the time and attention they deserve.

How do I know which stylist is right for me?
We offer a variety of stylists at different experience levels and price points. Not sure where to start? You can fill out our guest form, give us a call, or send a text and we’ll help guide you to the best match.

Do I need a consultation first?
Yes—all color and extension services require an in-person consultation prior to booking. This allows us to assess your hair, talk through your goals, and create a custom plan.

Do you offer hair extensions?
Absolutely! We offer tape-ins, I-tips, K-tips, wefts, and hand-tied extensions. Consultations are required prior to booking so we can ensure proper method selection, accurate pricing, and a flawless install.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I book?
Yes—a non-refundable deposit is required to book all services. Your deposit is applied toward your total balance at checkout and helps secure your reservation.

What if I’m running late?
Please call or text us if you’re running behind. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay on time for the day.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Please review our policies page for details.

Will I be charged when I book?
Yes—a deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Your remaining balance will be due at checkout following your service. All payments are securely processed through a third-party platform.

Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! University of Delaware students and staff receive 10% off any haircut, blow-dry, or retail purchase with a valid ID.

Do you sell professional products?
We do! We carry Kenra, K18, and a curated selection of professional products to support your hair between appointments. Your stylist will help guide you to what fits best for your goals.

What about parking?
Parking is free for all guests. You may use one of our four labeled spots on the left side of the building, or park in any back lot space marked Reserved 1–6.
