Yes—a non-refundable deposit is required to book all services. Your deposit is applied toward your total balance at checkout and helps secure your reservation.

Please call or text us if you’re running behind. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay on time for the day.

We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. Please review our policies page for details.

Yes—a deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Your remaining balance will be due at checkout following your service. All payments are securely processed through a third-party platform.

Yes! University of Delaware students and staff receive 10% off any haircut, blow-dry, or retail purchase with a valid ID.

We do! We carry Kenra, K18, Mizani, OUAI, L’Oreal Metal Detox and a curated selection of professional products to support your hair between appointments. Your stylist will help guide you to what fits best for your goals.

Parking is free for all guests. You may use one of our four labeled spots on the left side of the building, or park in any back lot space marked Reserved 1–6.
