OWNER I MASTER STYLIST
Master Artist/ Lived-In Color Specialist and LocalLuv salon owner, Meghan is a 8x Best of Delaware Best Stylist winner. Meghan has been in the industry for 21 years and when she is not behind the chair she is mom to her two little girls.
Meghan loves what she does with all of her heart and soul — she gives all of herself to her clients and does her absolute best for them every single time. Seeing people smile and walk out the door happier than they were when they came in, and building relationships with people that usually last for many years, is the ultimate gift she gets from this industry. The salon started as a dream and has now become a reality — and it’s very surreal.

Hi, I’m Lindsay! With 16 years of professional experience, hair has always been a part of my life—it's in my DNA. Growing up surrounded by the artistry of my mother and aunt, both hairstylists, I spent my entire childhood in salons, where my passion for beauty and self-expression blossomed.
What I love most about my work is the ability to empower others by boosting their confidence and helping them embrace their individuality. Hair is such an awesome form of self-expression, and my goal is to help you discover the perfect look that makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh cut, a bold new color, long luxurious extensions or a stunning style for a special event, I’m here to bring your hair dreams to life. Passionate, diligent and respectable stylist; eager to meet you and committed to delivering premium quality experiences. I’ve previously attended a cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School DE and graduated in 2021.
Since then I have focused on perfecting my color skills. I create customized hair color by adjusting my placements, formulas and techniques; this allows a creative play by enhancing pops of dimension or finishing with a soft blended color.
Although I do specialize in dimensional color, I also do blowouts, thermal styling, woman’s cuts conditioning/ bond repair treatments and updos. Looking forward to officially meeting you and our girly chats to come!

I graduate from Paul Mitchell The School this year, and am now an associate at LocalLuv! I am a vivid and color specialist. I look forward to learning and growing in this industry. I love to learn about new trends and techniques that are always coming out. My goal is to make everyone leave feeling beautiful and confident! I cant wait to meet you all!

Hey, I’m Rubi! I’m a salon associate and junior stylist. I graduated from Schilling-Douglas School of Hair Design back in March of 2024. I’m born and raised here in Newark, Delaware. I’m all about big transformations, bouncy blowouts, blonding and fun colors. I’m passionate about creating personalized styles to make you look and feel your most confident and beautiful self… oh and I give the best scalp massages! I’ve been in love with doing hair and makeup for as long as I can remember- there’s just something so magical about making people feel their best. I’m so excited to continue learning, growing and getting creative with my amazing team. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, and I can’t wait to share this journey with all of you! MKM Beauty is located in the upstairs of our salon. They provide customized beauty enhancements and a unique service experience to all clients. Lash extensions, Lynk-gel lash extensions, brow service and body waxing. The owner is Miranda Matthews, a Licensed Esthetician and 3x Pro Lash Artist from Delaware.
Clients are priority at MKM Beauty, making sure every lash bestie is comfy, relaxed and satisfied at every appointment.
